The first statistic it relates is that there were over 10,00 drunk-driving deaths in the US in 2013. This works out to more than one drunk-driving death per hour. This video concludes with a statistic that points to the limited effect that law enforcement has had on this issue; although there are more than 300,000 drunk-driving incidents each day, there are fewer than 4,000 #DUI arrests.
