Introducing Psychodrama Therapy to a New Audience

BHOPB is delighted to announce that we will be serving as co-sponsor at the 7th Annual US Journal Trading, Inc. Counseling Advances Conference. The upcoming conference will take place on March 19-21, 2015 at the Red Rock Hotel in Las Vegas and feature BHOPB associate and psychodrama pioneer Dr. Meg Givnish as a keynote speaker. Dr. Givnish will discuss the value of psychodrama and deliver performance exercises from her world-famous Problem Solving Theater troupe. Clinicians will learn how to incorporate psychodrama into their practices in an effort to help patients confront toxic relationship situations that have led to their mental health issues.

The conference will focus on a variety of mental health topics, including trauma; the role of brain chemistry in addiction; anxiety and depression; mindfulness and holistic approaches; and neuroscience and psychotherapy.
