Palm Beach County addiction care organization, Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches is gearing up to make new innovations in Florida mental health treatment as they open their new, all-inclusive facility in Lake Worth. On Friday, May 17, 2013, they will be offering a preview of the new location. The treatment center will offer expanded recovery options to individuals suffering from addiction and mental illness, both in Florida and throughout the United States.

This new facility represents a significant step forward in Florida mental health treatment, and provides greater access to treatment. Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches, CEO Alan Stevens stated: “We\’re incredibly excited to open this new location. We are hopeful that it will enhance our care services and make it easier for patients to successfully complete treatment and overcome chemical dependency.”

The event will begin at 11:00 am and will feature remarks from guest speakers, including: psychiatrist and addiction care expert, Jodi Star; former Tampa Bay Buccaneer and Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches Spokesman, Randy Grimes; and Chief Deputy Michael Gauger of the Palm Beach County Sherriff\’s Department.  Guests will be invited to tour the new building, which has been fully renovated to offer patients the very best in comfort and care.
The establishment of this new treatment center signifies Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches\’ latest effort to work with community leaders to improve quality of life, and offer quality help to residents struggling with untreated substance abuse and mental health disorder.
