Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches recognizes that time is a critical factor in patients’ recovery and have streamlined our admissions process so that patients can quickly begin treatment. We are committed to working with patients and their families by offering financial assistance that enables them to easily get the care they need. This is why we accept most insurances and offer a wide range of facilities and programs to address the care and logistical needs of each and every patient.
Once an individual or their loved one reaches out to us for help, we can quickly begin the admissions process with a pre-admission screening by one of our coordinators. This is conducted via the telephone and usually takes between 10-20 minutes. During this process, we answer all insurance and payment questions that patients and their loved ones may have. Patients are informed of the rules and behavioral protocols of their particular program upon entry. For a list of necessary and prohibited items to bring to treatment, please refer to our pre-arrival checklist.
