According to this data, in the last month over 20% of adults aged 18-25 have used illicit drugs, and almost 40% of these young adults have engaged in binge drinking. It also highlights the growing problem of Adderall abuse among college students. It closes by comparing the success rates of residential rehabs (29%) with outpatient treatment (17%) in treating young people with opiate addictions.
