Our Staff

Bob Klemish, MA, CAP, CPC, Clinical Director
Bob presently holds a Master’s Degree in counseling from Liberty University, is Florida Board certified as an Addiction Professional, and is a Certified Professional Counselor through the American Psychotherapy Association. Bob is presently working toward a PhD. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, and has been practicing in this field for over thirteen years. Bob’s practice experience includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR Trauma therapy, coupled with Grief therapy to provide a holistic approach for Substance Abuse Counseling. Bob also has an extensive background in Management, Training and Supervision. Additional professional memberships include; The Decision Sciences Institute, International Leadership Association, and The Strategic Management Society.
Andrea Habrecht–Stasko, M.Ed, LMHCI, CAP, Primary Clinical Therapist
Andrea earned her Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Michigan, and is a Certified Addiction Professional. Andrea is eligible for state licensure in July of 2008. She has been with the BHOPB facility since 2003.
Andrea’s approach to treatment is a combination of Solution Focused Therapy, combined with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, self-actualization and spirituality. She has been in recovery from Eating Disorders for over 20 years and is experienced working with the dual diagnosis.
Andrea is married, an avid tennis player, scuba diver and the mother of her first, 10 month old daughter.
Anthony M. Baudanza, MSW,CAP
Anthony earned his Master's degree in Social Work from Barry
University and a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Empire State College Majoring in
Human Services with a concentration in Chemical Dependency. He is also a Certified
Addictions professional in the state of FL.
He has been in the field of addictions for the past 16 years working in all
areas of tx, detox, IOP, and residential tx. He also worked for two years at
Columbia Hospital's psychiatric unit working with acute psychotic pt.'s who
also had hx's of CD.
Anthony's specialty area's are CBT therapy, empowerment model and strengths
perspective focusing on resiliency issues in addiction.
Bill Ferris
Bill received a M.Ed. degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida
Atlantic University and an MBA degree from The University of Chicago. Bill
is on the Board of Directors of Hearts and Hope, Inc. an agency providing
grief counseling services to children and families. Bill has many years of
business and supervisory experience, experience providing grief counseling
services and has recently been working in the addiction field. Bill is
married, has five children and lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Jerry Murray, MSW CAP
Clinical Director- Jerry began his professional career in 1993 and has dedicated his life to helping people recover from addiction and mental health issues. He holds a masters degree in social work from Barry University and is a certified addiction professional in the state of Florida. A significant part of his professional work has been with the homeless and indigent populations. This experience has given Jerry depth knowledge of late stage intervention and recovery. In addition, jerry was a seminal force in the founding of a forensic dual diagnosis program for Bay View Center and received Florida alcohol and Drug Abuse Associations professional of the year award in 2004. Jerry is committed to the Holistic approach to recovery and authentically believes that this treatment approach offers hope and strength to all who want to recover their lives back from the brink of addictive ruin.
Mary Stanley, Therapist
Mary has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She is a Certified Addictions Professional, Certified Criminal Justice Specialist, Certified Family Mediator and EMDR trained. Mary has had the honor of working at CARP, Choices and Straight since 1990. She’s passionate about her work and eager about personal and professional growth.
Tori Dion Hodge, Therapist
Tori received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic. She has worked on the mental health field since 1997. During her years in college she participated in BHOPB’s internship program and decided she loved BHOPB so much she would remain as a faithful employee. Tori specialize in chemical dependency, group & individual therapy focused on an eclectic therapeutic approach and Life coaching. Along with her duties as a full-time devoted therapist, she is active in Pam Beach County as an Executive Board Member of Wayside House, non-profit women’s drug & alcohol residential treatment program. She also is on the feminist scholarship board assisting students getting scholarships to complete their college education. She acts as a chemical dependency speaker and instructor for non-profit youth programs in the Palm Beach County area such as Turtle Nest Village. Tori is passionate about her work and helping people realize their potential and connecting them with self, spirituality while working towards healing and freedom from active addiction.
Nina Sina
Nina received her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova
Southeastern University after doing her undergraduate work at St. Mary's
College in Notre Dame, Indiana. Nina's experience covers a broad range of
care including preschool-aged children, pregnant teenagers, and autistic
children, in addition to working primarily with adults who suffer from a
broad range of addictions at BHOPB. She is experienced and comfortable in
individual, group, and family counseling sessions and utilizes creative
approaches to encourage sharing and support. Nina works to help the patient
gain the self-awareness necessary to sustain long-term recovery through a
combination of motivational, humanistic, and cognitive techniques. In
addition to learning more effective coping styles through their treatment
process, Nina helps create an enjoyable, yet challenging learning
atmosphere. She also facilitates the women's group at BHOPB, which serves
as a safe environment for women to address dynamic underlying issues for
use, as well as an opportunity to encourage,challnege, support, and empoower
one another in their recovery. Nina is devoted to her work with patients.
Her greatest satisfaction comes from being a part of a critical turning
point in their lives. She is married and has two beautiful French Bulldogs
that keep her busy at home in Palm Beach Gardens.
Yvonne Steckel-Wier, BSW – Discharge Planner
Yvonne received her BSW – Degree from Florida Atlantic University. During her years in College, Yvonne volunteered at Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, FL and completed an internship at the local YWCA Domestic Violence Shelter. Yvonne has worked as a counselor, case manager and discharge planner in the field of addictions for the past four years.
Prior to coming to Florida, Yvonne was employed by the German Red Cross in Bonn, Germany. She also participated in a project designed to assist and provide aid to runaway children in Berlin, Germany. Yvonne has special interest in animal-assisted therapy approaches. She resides in West Palm Beach with her husband and 'son' Max (a very special terrier mix).
