Family Participation
Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches realizes the importance of a family’s involvement in the treatment process. The primary therapist keeps in touch with each patient’s family to update them of progress or concerns.
Family Week
We at Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches believe that addiction is a family disease. Family week is a program dedicated to guiding, assisting and supporting a family member through the journey of recovery. Through lectures and groups a participant will have the opportunity to learn about such topics as the biological features of the disease and the different role each member plays in the addiction and road to recovery. All patients are strongly encouraged to have the very important people in their lives attend Family week. Cost
There is a cost associated with attending Family Week of $500. The fee covers up to 4 family members attending one of the above sessions.
